The GAIHN-HAI results report generator is an online tool that helps automate analysis and report generation from PPS data. CSV files from either the web app or REDCap can be uploaded to the tool in order to generate data quality and HAI prevalence reports. The uploaded data is not stored on the website and is deleted after the user navigates away from the webpage. The tool uses statistical methods implemented in the R programming language to generate summaries and estimates based on uploaded data. While these methods follow standard epidemiologic and statistical practices, results are dependent on data quality, structure, and assumptions. Errors in data input, formatting, or underlying assumptions may affect outputs. Results should be interpreted by qualified professionals and verified prior to use in decision-making.
